A graduate of Red River College with a diploma in Business Administration and a certificate in Adult Education, Donna spent many years in progressively senior management roles in both union and non-union organizations across a diverse range of private, public, and corporate entities. Since joining Waterhouse 17 years ago, Donna has specialized in executive search and has built long-lasting relationships with clients in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors as their preferred executive search partner. Donna recently joined the Waterhouse Senior Partner group after many years as an operational leader and service delivery expert.

As Vice President, Talent Acquisition Services with Legacy Bowes Inc., the Winnipeg affiliate, Donna manages the implementation and smooth execution of project plans, provides mentorship and direction to the local Research team, handles in-depth candidate interviews, reporting, and manages client relationships.

Donna’s key strengths lie in her ability to establish strong rapport with potential candidates while evaluating their skillsets for specific search projects and their unique requirements. She is also known for her keen eye for talent, her thoughtful attention to the smaller details, and her comprehensive knowledge on the wide variety of business, non-profit, government and crown organizations in Manitoba.
